What are the payment options?

We accept payment via Visa/MasterCard and Paypal.

Do you sell gift cards?

At the moment, we don't sell give cards.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

It will take up to 7-10 business days.

How do you deliver my online purchases?

Can I return or exchange a product?

No refunds or exchanges. If your product is not what you
asked for contact us and we will be happy to correct it.

Do you accept customized orders? How long will it take?

Most of our items are custom made
so if your order consists of more than one item give us 14 days to complete your order. If you
need it sooner contact us and we may be able to accommodate you.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Once the order has been made. You can not cancel your order. But you can add an order. Feel free to contact us.

How much is shipping?

The shipping fee starts at $5 but it may increase depending on the weight of the parcel.
